FAQs

How much does a website cost?

This is relative to the size and complexity of the site being created. We have starter sites as low as $500, and we have had client websites that have cost up to $9000. Depending on your industry, locations, competition, and levels of complexity, the cost can vary greatly. Check our web design cost page to self-gauge what a website for your situation might cost.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes, most of our clients have us redesign their site. Since user experience (UX) is one of the most significant trust signals your site gives once a potential customer lands on your page, we want to ensure this interaction is a good one, and so do you. Most people come to us when their website is not working anymore, and most opt for a redesign.

How will we communicate during the website design process?

Communication is key during the web design phase when working with us. We will communicate heavily through email, text messages, and phone calls. Whatever communication method you prefer, we will be glad to accommodate. Except for smoke signals... we don't do smoke signals.

Do you provide hosting and domain services?

The platforms we build our sites on all include the cost of hosting.

How long does it take to build a website?

Depending on the scope, a typical website design project will take 2-4 weeks to complete. The better communication we have with our clients the faster we are able to build out their new website.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, Google has strongly recommended that websites be mobile optimized, and when Google makes a strong recommendation, we listen. Also, our data shows mobile users have surpassed desktop users for most inquiries, and the number of mobile searches has increased yearly.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

If we are simply building you a website and we are not in any way responsible for SEO on the site, then yes, we will let you update the site. However, if we are responsible for helping your site rank, we will restrict the access. We do this because optimizing a website for search engines is a delicate process, and if we are being held accountable for the performance we must be the ones to make those calculated updates on the site.

How do you ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO)?

We run through our checklists when we build a new website to ensure the site is SEO optimized before launching.
